The Creek Heathens are an Outlaw-Trashgrass Band from the Dirty River Bottoms of Topeka, Kansas. With Bluegrass, Punk, Rock-and-roll, and Country influences they have a hard driving energetic sound that gets the crowd moving. This ain't your Grandpa's bluegrass folks, this is some raw, fast paced, in your face acoustic mayhem. With their no-holds barred attitude and edgy lyrical content you never know what to expect!

CD Release Party 




Well Folks we sure had a hell-of-a good time at our CD release Party! We hope y’all had as much fun as we did.We want to thank everyone for showing up to join in the festivities, thank J&J’s Gallery for hosting the event, and thank Pretty Drunk; Nicholas Saint James, and Hawg Stomp’r for helping us by providing great entertainment throughout the night!

We had a great time last night at Franks Northstar Saloon in Lawrence Ks.

And Pretty Drunk.
We had a great time. One of the things we really like about Lawrence KS is the people! You guys made the night awesome.

And we want to give a bit shout out to our T-Town peeps for making the show! It was a good night and we're super lucky to have you folks!

Dry Creekbed Saloon!  

Thanks for the Pic April We had on hell of a good time last night at the Dry Creekbed Saloon (FaceBook Link) in Emmett, KS. This place is a lot of fun! A winter storm kept a lot of folks from coming but those that did made our night! 

Trevor Troupe (FaceBook Link) and Jason Surratt (FaceBook Link) started the night and we closed the place down way after last call! Things were still rocking with the doors closed when we finally left, at who knows when. Gotta love small towns!

The Road to Iowa 

We Heathens hit the road and went up to Iowa over the weekend. Sadly, Chris wasn’t able to make these shows and Judd was needed in Topeka Saturday morning, so the remaining four hit the road. We went to Spicoli’s Grill and Reverb Rock Garden in Waterloo, Iowa Friday Night. We were scheduled to play a 1- 1 ½ hour set between a couple of bands, but when we got there at 7pm the first band (The Ramblers) were in the middle of their sets, and the other band (Whiskey And Woe) had to cancel, leaving us to fill the…Read more
